Right of withdrawal

According to the instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Article 49, paragraph 4:
if for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days (including holidays) from the physical receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period expires after the 14th day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and the designated Customer, takes physical possession of the goods; To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Tecnica Sport srl Via Aquileia 38 90144 Palermo - tel. 091206209 email., of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration that can be made automatically by accessing your profile on the website by going to the section dedicated to your orders or, sent by email to the address above.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the envisaged period.


Unworn items can be returned for size and / or color changes, with the same item, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • It is possible to change only for a different size and / or color of the same item, if available.
  • There is only one free exchange of goods.
  • It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.


If the Customer withdraws from this contract, respecting the terms of withdrawal, all payments made in our favor will be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that the customer wishes to change the item, the costs of returning the product will be borne by Tecnica Sport srl.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

The reimbursement will be made, according to the international rules on returns, upon receipt of the goods and verification, by Tecnica Sport srl, of the conditions of non-tampering with the goods sent.

The Customer is requested to return the goods, or to deliver them, to: Tecnica Sport srl Via Aquileia 56 (warehouse) - 90144 Palermo - without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The package containing the return travels at the cost, risk and danger of the Customer and, therefore, Tecnica Sport srl cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to its warehouses. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The return of an order must take place within 14 days from the date of the communication of the return request (including holidays).

All returned items are subjected to inspection by Tecnica Sport srl and must comply with the parameters listed in the above procedure. The Customer must return each garment including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. The Customer must return all footwear and accessories included in their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.

If even only one of these conditions is not respected, Tecnica Sport srl will not be able to accept the return and the package will be rejected, or the items will be returned at the customer's expense.

Returns received after the contractual terms could be accepted at the discretion of Tecnica Sport srl and could be refunded exclusively as credit at our online store. For products purchased as gifts, the same rules apply as for the right of withdrawal.

If the returned garments pass the inspections successfully, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Tecnica Sport srl Customer Service.

For items purchased on sale it will always be possible to make the return, with the same limits and the same methods described above.

As soon as the package is received, Tecnica Sport srl will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met and, if the procedure has been carried out correctly, will proceed to make the refund which will be made by crediting the credit card (if the purchase has been made by credit card), Paypal credit (if the purchase was authorized with Paypal), bank transfer (if the purchase was made through this payment method).

The re-credit may be visible on the customer's credit card statement, or bank account, up to 30 (thirty) days from the refund date. This timing may vary slightly based on the payment method chosen and used and / or according to the timing of your bank.

Tecnica Sport srl does not have the power to control the timing of this process, but at the request of the Customer, it may send a copy of the payment receipt, as proof of the refund.
