All rights  are  reserved . Any  reproduction ,  even partial , without written authorization is  prohibited .

Purchases made on Tecnicasport.com are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).

All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT.

All products displayed on the site are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly indicated.

Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

In case of temporary exhaustion or delay of a product, the buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail or telephone.

However Tecnica Sport Srl reserves the right not to conclude the order at any time and for any reason, without assuming any responsibility and without this resulting in any obligation for compensation to the buyer.

The purchase agreement is intended to be confirmed by the buyer at the time of the conclusion of the purchase procedure on the web. However, the contract is considered concluded for Tecnica Sport only when the shipment has taken place and has been notified to the customer with a specific confirmation e-mail. Anything not specified is governed by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, carried out outside commercial premises.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only when the transfer has reached the bank account mentioned above and, as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.

In case of payment by PayPal, payments not finalized within 24 hours from the moment of the order, involve the cancellation of the order; unless prior notification to Tecnica Sport of impossibility to proceed with the payment for technical failures attributable to PayPal.

Gift Card 

GIFT CARDS are not discounted products under any circumstances and cannot be shipped. The GIFT CARDs purchased on this website are intended to be spent at the same, through the code generated by the purchase.
The customer who wishes to use the GIFT CARD at one of our physical stores must print a copy and show it at the checkout at the time of purchase. The value will be automatically deducted from the price of your purchases. The use of the GIFT CARD in store will result in the deactivation of the GIFT CARD online.

Disclaimer of Liability

Tecnica Sport srl adopts every precaution to avoid the publication of contents that may be considered harmful to civil convictions, human rights and the dignity of people in all its forms and expressions; however, it does not guarantee that the contents of the site are appropriate, or lawful, in other countries other than Italy and, therefore, access to such contents, from places where such materials are illegal, is expressly prohibited.
Those who choose to access the site will do so on their own initiative and will be solely responsible for compliance with local laws in force.

Tecnica Sport srl adopts every useful precaution in order to ensure its users that the contents of the site are accurate and do not contain incorrect or outdated information with respect to the date of their publication, including typographical errors for which it is foreseen, following of the report, the correction as soon as possible.

However Tecnica Sport srl does not assume any responsibility towards users for the correctness, accuracy, completeness and updating of any content published on the site.

Furthermore, Tecnica Sport srl cannot guarantee its users that the site will operate continuously, without interruptions and in the absence of errors or malfunctions due to the internet connection.

Tecnica Sport srl declines all responsibility for:

• problems and damages, or risks, that the user may encounter in using the site;
• malfunctions of the site related to the deactivation of cookies in the user's browser;
• presence of computer viruses, or other components, which may be harmful. 
• Tecnica Sport srl may rectify and update, in whole or in part, these conditions whenever it deems it necessary and appropriate, without giving any notice. The user is obliged to comply with the terms set out in these conditions and is also required to periodically check this page to check for any changes, which will become binding for the user as soon as they are published on the site.

Graphic representation of the products

The graphic representation of the products (images, technical data and descriptions) is made for the sole purpose of illustrating the product and is purely indicative. The products may therefore differ from what is shown on the video for obvious reasons of color setting of the screen (eg the color tone of an item of clothing). The images displayed are - in most cases - provided by the manufacturers, and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation as a result of changes made by the manufacturer, therefore Tecnica Sport Srl assumes no responsibility if such changes do not make changes to the functionality and intended use of a product (eg a logo of a different color, or a different print or positioned on a different site). 

For example, the tennis rackets, in the images provided by the manufacturers, are represented already strung. The rackets for sale do not come with strings. The sale of the strings and the stringing are accessory services, with variable prices based on the type of product chosen.

Privacy and Processing of Personal Data

The TecnicaSport.com website is accessible and navigable anonymously. All product data sheets are freely available, the same applies to the possibility of inserting products in the cart to test a purchase and check how much the shipping costs are. Instead, it is necessary to register when you decide to proceed with the purchase. In this case, you will be asked to enter the information strictly necessary for the purchase and delivery of the product. Within the registration form it will be possible to subscribe to the Newsletter to be periodically informed about our promotions. These data can be modified by the user at any time, through the "My account" section.

The user's personal data are used by Tecnica Sport, which is the data controller for the processing, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the GDPR 2016/679 Regulation.
